Note from Sharkura
Having your model art (PSD) is not required to fill out an application. However, it is strongly advised and will be needed should you make it to round 2 of applications where you will be required to show me your psd for your model!

Rigging TOS
🫧Payment through Kofi only.🫧After I accept your commission, I will send a Google Doc invoice and you must send agreed payment (100% or 50% depending on agreement) within 24 hours or you forfeit your slot.🫧The prices listed are only the base prices for a standard model. The final total may be higher based on difficulty and additional features.🫧While I prefer full payment upfront, I can accept a minimum of 50% of the final total before starting a commission but require the other 50% before the delivery of the final product.🫧Revisions are allowed during rigging process and I will send regular (bi-weekly) updates of the process.🫧Revisions that require I redo a large chunk of work will be subject to an additional charge.🫧After the final product is delivered, I will accept revisions for SMALL tweaks for 1 week. After that, any revisions will cost extra. (unless they are things we discussed prior that I forgot/left out)🫧I reserve the right to deny any commission.🫧I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems between myself and the commissioner occur that make me uncomfortable. Depending on the progress made/time spent, you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund.🫧Full refunds are only allowed if I have not started on the rigging. However, after that, I will NOT issue a refund without sufficient cause. These refund amounts will be based on work done/time spent.🫧You may not use my work for AI or NFTs.🫧You may not sell my work.🫧You may not claim my work as your own.🫧You must credit my work on tweets with the rig/in your Twitter/X bio, Twitch about section, YouTube description, and Tiktok comments/bio.🫧You are responsible for checking if your systems are capable of handling the rig and model.
Rigging Workflow
🫧Once I have receive and approve your commission, I will DM you (twitter or discord) to discuss additional features with you.🫧Once we have finalised all information, I will email you an invoice for the model and begin work once you send your first payment.🫧I tend to do Eyes/Mouth > Head Angles > Hair > Body Angles > Physics > Expressions/Toggles. I will send regular updates (bi-weekly at minimum) at this time, you may ask for any small changes. I ask that you refrain from dm'ing me to ask for updates inside of that biweekly window but will accept dm's for updated if I have no updated in that time.🫧After the model is finished, if you have chosen partial payments, I will dm you to let you know I am finished and email you an invoice for the rest of your payment.🫧Once payment has been finished/if you paid in full, I will send an email with all the necessary parts for Vtube studio set up as well as a set of instructions to make the set up easier.🫧Model delivery will take around 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. If I have any medical issues arise, I will immediately let commissioners know and give another estimated delivery date. Should this date not work, I will issue a partial refund based on work/time put into model. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to understanding that I am chronically ill and have things randomly arise due to this.
